Dr.Robert Blake is an Geneticist Who Study Animal's, for many year's he work on Studing Animal Abilities, there speed, healing, sense of Smell and There Sight. After a while he was working on a drug to give Animal Abilities to Normal Human, after a while Dr.Blake Failed many time's until he turn to magic Means. There are magical Potions out there that grant Special Abilites, by mixing Stuff of an Living Subjects Like Animal DNA with Magical Items together to create a powerful Super Soldier or Being, with the same Abilites. Dr.Blake Co'work Dr.Cragon Decided to test this Potion on himself. Driving him insane do to an overdose of the potion, he then Attack Dr.Blake, Causing him to be Expose to the Potion, turning him into a Tiger Creature. Dr.Blake tried to find a cure, however only found a Temp Cure, He was Human mosty, but his DNA was Mutated forever.Years Later him and his Wife gave birth to a Norman Blake, Who will later Mutate into A Hero Call Ratz.
