Bishop Road is a Daul Hand Gun Blaster Class hero, well He use to be one, he got the name Black Wind since he move like the wind. He Carrys Enchanted Bullets call Casters Rounds, Ice, Fire and Acid Rounds, It is Said he has Some Sturdy in the field of Magical Arts. Bishop Is also able to Cast Spells to strike fear
and cast mental Spells over people, as well the power to Shapeshift into Shadow Copies of other heroes. Black Wind Join  the resistence Againest Preatorian, along with the Daughter of Ratz Another Super Hero, name Tunnel Ratz, to Stop Tyrant, however both of them was Capture. Bishop Road was Torture and was use as an Lab Rat by the Preatorain Scienctist, Black Wind Lost part of himself because of the Experiments done to his mind. Now Blackwind can't tell the differents between right and wrong, only one who can guild him to a good path is Tunnel Ratz.
