Character Bio

Dr. Herzog Kohler, head of the Kohler Neural Observation Watchdog Syndicate, or KNOWS, oversaw the treatment and rehabilitation of the criminally insane supervillains in a secret detention hospital beneath Atlas Park. At night, he would counsel super heroes, for the burden of bravery carries a heavy load. For two decades he divided his time between the heroes and villains, treating each with kindness, dignity, and respect.
One afternoon a tragic accident occurred. Formula 897-Alpha, a neuro inhibitor that was to be used on Ghost Widow, was mistakenly mixed with an aural enhancer, Shriek 9. The two volatile chemicals reached flashpoint within seconds, and before Kohler could seal his containment suit, the lab exploded. Days later, he awoke to the sound of millions of voices, yet he was alone. As he tried to speak, the very earth rumbled.
No longer would he sit on the sidelines.... BABBLEHEAD was born!
