One of the mythic, supremely powerful Djinn, Silver Storm appeared in Paragon City in the midst of a mystical lightning storm, accidentally summoned by the Circle of Thorns in their never ending quest to bring their demon master into our dimension. A fatal accident for the Circle, and a boon to the forces of good. Blessed with the power to control both the minds of men and the primal forces of nature, Silver Storm has dedicated his life to ridding the world of evil in all it's forms.
