Character Bio

Born into a family of wealth and power, Richard Archer saw his beloved paragon being overrun by violence and greed. Using his families considerable resources, Richard tasked his scientists to come up with a way for him to aid in the battle against the evils of Paragon. Up to the challenge, the scientific team devised a vocal modulator that would allow Richard to project sound waves to either strengthen his allies or weaken his foes. Also using his skills with the bow and arrow, the scienbtists developed an array of trick arrows that Richard could use to take the fight directly to his enemies. Now known as Screaming Arrows ( to protect his family and friends) Richard is painting his target on anyone who would dare harm his city.
