Character Bio

One of a group of friends that dreamed of being a hero while growing up, Marianne was disappointed when she was the only one who didn't develop powers in some form. Swallowing her disappointment, she joined the Marines and was assigned Force-Recon during the first Rikti invasion. She found she enjoyed the work, so much so that after the invasion was over, "regular" peace time military life didn't agree with her. She left the Marines, wandered the world as a mercenary for a while before finally finding her "niche" hunting villians in the Rogue Isles for fun and profit.
It was during this stint that she had a run in with Lady Thunder who thoroughly trounced her. While recovering in the hospital, she got a visit from Thunder Childe...and a job offer. She now works for Paragon Heros Incorporated as their combat and recon specialist...with an eye to the future and a rematch with Lady Thunder.
