A normal college student, in a very un-normal city, and it was not long after moving t
o this new urban jungle that, Disastor Struck! While walking by a Toxic Waste plant,
he unbeknowest became embroiled in a superhero fight, when struck by a strange
radiation, upon awakening he discovered he had the power to control minds, and
became, the elusive BRAIN DRAIN!
