Character Bio

Vladimir Ryloff was a political dissident under the Soviet regime. He was used for horrible experiments to drain energy from other humans, and kept under control with mind altering drugs. He broke free of his captor's control when his mind assimilated the control drugs and he found he was able to foster his version of reality upon them.

Hating what was done to him, he has vowed to fight oppression and tyranny where ever he can find it. He took the name Pravda (Truth) as a mockery of the old Soviet propaganda organ because he made people see what wasn't true.
