Character Bio

Beatriz del Fuego came to the city with all the same dreams of any beautiful young girl. She hoped for fame and wealth. She was waiting tables when she a young thug named "Afrika" Jones. Before long he had her strung out on drugs and working the streets.

After weeks of no contact her Ma Maw came looking for her. In despair, she begged Bea to leave with her. A furious "Afrika" Jones had her drug away by his thugs and tied up in an abandoned building. As a horrified Bea watched his thugs set it afire.

She slugged Afrika in the jaw and ran into the building. Even as the flames burned her she found her mother, pinned beneath the collapsing roof. Refusing to leave tears of shame ran down her face as she waited for the end.

Around her the embers seem to circle her. A strange buzz filled the air. Moved by a dying mother's prayers, rather than consume Bea the flames transformed her. She flew out of burning building and rained firey vengance on the thugs below.
