Nobody is quite sure how or why she has mutated in quite this way, or why it continues to progress. What they are sure of is that Serpiente got her start in the street gangs around her native Spain, and was quickly promoted. By the time she was 21, she lead one of the largest car theft rings in the country, moving stolen luxury cars through various Eastern European ports for profit. Of course, with her "unique" attributes, it was not long before Interpol caught wind, and put out a warrant for her arrest. She was caught while transferring flights in Paragon City, and was being held until her extradition hearing when she was freed by Arachnos forces. Intrigued by the words of the seers, and tired with the declining markets in Europe, she's decided to sink her ruthless fangs into the various activities Paragon City has to offer a well connected criminal.
