Character Bio

Chad Gilliland was recruited by the CIA right out of college, not for his degree in electronics engineering but for his spot on the Olympic archery team. He was trained as an assassin because of his sharpshooting skills and rose quickly through the ranks.

He was not, however, a good soldier. Headstrong and stubborn, he questioned his orders and critized the tech. He preferred a composite bow over a laser scope rifle. Frustrated with the lack of challenge in his assignments he resigned from the CIA

But, you don't just "leave" the CIA. He was "burned" and left for dead in Maryland. His superiors had always underestimated him. He made his way to Paragon City. Establishing a warehouse lab in Skyway City, he lives as the fugitive archer, Tech Arrow, and fights injustice HIS way.
