I didn't really go looking for this hero gig, y'know? I was a regular guy, I guess. No big story for me, no dramatic experiments or magical objects. My powers just kind of... happened. Typical puberty bull, right? Big deal. I wanted a normal life, high school, college, whatever. Well, sort of college. I tried that, I just didn't have the ambition to finish. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. But this stuff happened, I met these other people who were like me, they had powers too and well, I ended up here.

Jason Williams has the inherent power to change into the 3 different states of H20: Ice, water, and water vapor. He uses his ice form as armor to protect those around him and to deal large amounts of damage. To travel, he turns into water vapor to decrease his density and friction to move through the air at a heightened speed.
