Young heroes may never encounter these forces directly, but paranoid government analysts and conspiracy experts believe the Malta Group?s machinations are ubiquitous.

Weaponer is the Malta Group's top engineer and the only known member of the organization's mysterious Echelon of Engineers. Though Weaponer has an almost legendary disdain for other engineers, when they get killed or captured, he does something about it. That, after all, is what you do.
