Character Bio

Diana's ancestors worked in the millinery industry in the late 1800's.  Needless to say, they were exposed to very high doses of mercury in the process.  So much so, that their genes were adversely effected and madness, as well as incredible healing abilities, is now passed from generation to generation.  

Diagnosed as clinically insane, but deemed to not be a danger to herself.  Diana has taken to the streets with sharpened blades and a top hat, in homage to her familial roots.  Luckily for all, the streets of Paragon City are littered with criminals.  Because of that, she has only assaulted the "Bad Element" of town, so far
