Character Bio

Kimberly Bellue lived an ordinary life. She graduated high school and entered the police academy. Becoming a police officer she patrolled the streets of Paragon City faithfully. It wasn't until her partner was killed by Skulls that her latent psionic powers emerged.

The trauma of his death awoke her powers but she had no control. Months of training by G.I.F.T. helped her to channel her powers into powerful attacks. Under the tutelage of Antonio Nash she took up fighting crime as Psy'napse.
