Character Bio

Skylor Harlock began life as a foundling, left on the steps of the Winter Orphanage for Rejected Superpowred Tots. Abandoned by her unwed birth mother, she was assigned an identification number and contained inside the Orphanage. There she was taught to control her expanding mutant abilities until the now-infamous Whelp Uprising. The youngsters had suffered enough of Mother Whupas' abuse and launched a well-coordinated escape attempt.

What was unknown to the public at large was that the W.O.R.S.T. was actually a biogenetic research and experimentation complex funded entirely by Crey Biolabs. The hand of Fate placed Tylor Harlock at the scene just as the walls were breached and the battling orphans spilled out. Mother Winter had a group of the youngsters cornered until Tylor intervened. She was never seen again after that night. Several of the children adopted his name in remembrance, becoming heroes themselves.
