Phil Rackle wasn't always a bad boy. College Jock, Insurance Salesman. Happily married man with kids, Phil was your average , run of the mill, nobody. And that just wasn't good enough. So when he saw that ad in the Rogue Isles Gazette, advertising for volunteers to be experimented on with some new gene splicing technique, Phil was first in line. The next thing that Phil remembered was more pain than he had ever felt in his life. As if his entire body was being torn apart, then dipped in molten lava and finally buried naked in an avalanche. Then ....nothing. When Phil awakened, the first thing he realized was that the bed he was laying on was on fire. The second thing he noticed was that he didn't feel any pain from the flames. Then he knew......he wasn't a nobody any more. And all those people who had walked all over him his entire life..... well, they were about to feel the heat.
