Isaiah Slick dreamed of being a Super Hero. Unfortunate;y, Isaiah was just your average, run of the mill, shoe salesman and not superpowered at all. Until that fateful day... While shopping in the local 7-11, Isaiah found himself an unwitting participant in an Outcast robbery. Making the decision to not be average anymore, Isaiah attempted to help the hapless store clerk, and for his trouble was viciously blasted by the outcast leaders , Chiller and Shocker, and thrown in the walk-in freezer to die cold and alone. Miraculously though, when the paramedics found him, Isaiah was far from dead. He had instead been transformed by the combined mystic energies into what he had always dreamed of being........ A Superhero. Now able to lower his body temperature and emit various forms of cold energy, Isaiah Slick has become I. Slick, and there's a cold wind blowing for the villains of Paragon City..
