Name: Paget Sinclair

Place of Birth: Paget was born on an unnamed island in the Atlantic commonly believed to be the real life influence for H. G. Wells' classic 19th century work of fiction The Island of Dr. Moreau. Though the original "halfling" inhabitants of the island were most certainly of scientific origin, the inhabitants today are considered mutant for their quick evolutionary change from primitive beast to sophisticated changeling.

Abilities: Paget is mostly human with a fusion of cat DNA that goes back several generations. She is cat like in her manerisms and has a cat's agility and stealth-like movement. She sees and hears far bettter than any human and she can transform into the likeness of a cat in "human" form at will.
