Character Bio

She was a Japanese engineer who developed a way to generate electricity by tapping into the potential from negative energy.  Unfortunately the technology was not practical for civilian power generation.  However the negative energy containment she developed for the electrical generation had alternative uses, such as protecting herself in a combat situation.  She developed this technology into a human portable suit and joined up with the Vanguard.
