Character Bio

Victoria Desimone's brother fought against and eventually succumbed to the Rikti invaders. Due to this, she sank into a deep depression, eventually failing out of Massachusetts Institute of Technology's School of Engineering.
Unable to put the grief of her slain brother behind her, Victoria decided to use her inventive prowess to avenge her brother's death. Using confiscated technology acquired from the skyraiders, Victoria was able to backwards engineer a force field generator small enough to be worn on the wrists. Additionally, she developed a tiara from Rikti salvage that amplifies mental suggestions.
Victoria stepped into the costumed world of crime fighting as Forethought. She seemed to gain closure with every criminal apprehended.
Eventually, Victoria's motivation became more altruistic. She had gained the closure she sought and the Rikti were relatively contained. Forethought's sole purpose is to protect the citizens of Paragon.
