koutetsu was a gun smith who look after his two children ,Kazuo his son was a lasy one Kaminari his little girl was a very quick and brigth would help her father at work after school, she could also make it rain and bring a gale up Koutetsu became too ill to work and pass the shop onto his son hoping he would honor his father but he sold the shop and run away, Koutetsu was so shamed by his son actions he killed himself his little girl was taken in by his sister she dislike Kaminari and sent her to  Tōkyō Toritsu Kamata Kōtōgakkō ("Tokyo Metropolitan Kamata High School") for shoting gun and making rain was not normal for a little girl, Kaminari took her father name one day she would kill her brother bring honor back to the family
