Widow Lachesis was a member of one of the original Arachnos corps to raid the Zigurski Penitentiary, helping hundreds of "destined ones" escape Paragon City. In the mayhem, Widow Lachesis was able to insert herself with some of the escapees, wearing a disquise borrowed from an inmate later found dead of toxin poisoning. It is assessed that Lachesis killed the inmate, and later, altered records to allow her access to the priveliges enjoyed by the destined villains.

Widow Lachesis is a rogue agent and mercenary, and has shown surprising success in rising above the Arachnos ranks. However, she is not to go unpunished. All Arachnos are to engage her on sight and bring her to Ghost Widow either dead or alive.
