Keith Xaiver, was just your proto-typical cadet at the hero's academy to become a Freedom Phalanx fighter. when on his way home he saw skulls, robbing a store he proceeded to attempt to twart their efforts when he was out numbered and beaten to a pulp and left alone to die. while clinging to life, he was rescused by some Freedom Phalanx members and brought him to the hospital. his profile was considered for the"Golden Arms Project" and endowing a man with super strength and an inpenatrible energy shield.
