Character Bio

Devlin O'Conner is a man with a mission.

Perhaps an odd-one out in a city of heroes, Dev doesn't have any special inherent abilities. What he does have is a reinforced bow, a quiver of highly modified arrows, and a single-minded drive to find out where his sister has disappeared to. Was she kidnapped? Leave without a trace to protect someone?

His only clues come from his sibling's belongings and they make vague references to the Greek god Artemis, a group of female mercenaries, and ties to a hidden council founded decades ago in Malta.
