being born a man with different powers than most being statically super charged and able to use various electromagnetic abilities wasn't the norm for Miller Karnage aka Shockomatic Man. nope being picked up by the freedom phalanx in a brutal fight with the lost after many citizens was hurt they found that the those mutants confused him with being one of them. after realizing this Miller decided to enlist with the Freedom phalanx and bust a few heads.
