Little is known about code name Catechism before her joining to the Kheldian symbiont, other than she has existed for approximately 2300 years. Eucharist, a security level 50 blaster, was present with Catechism in the Rikti invasion and witnessed her nearly crushed to death under a Rikti saucer as it slammed into the ground. In an attempt to save her mortally wounded friend's life, Eucharist forced several Doctors to join her with a Kheldian who had been wounded; the aliens' life energy alone saved her. The attempt was a success, but the process erased Catechism's memory of her life previous to the invasion. Catechism was found on the streets by a kind priest who took her in, and in the process, helped her realize her full potential. End of query.
