Character Bio

Dr. Patrick Sterling is an eccentric inventor, even by the standards of Paragon City.   Combining his love of history with his love of engineering, Sterling has become well-known for his eclectic applications of alternative technology, most notably that which is commonly termed "steampunk".

While this area of specialization earns Sterling some ridicule from his peers, it is not without its own peculiar merits.  Sterling has discovered methods of power generation which circumvent most modern countermeasures and which are capable of staggering amonts of force in their own right.  

Naturally, his growing mastery over brass workings has drawn him into conflict with the infamous Nemesis more than once, but thus far Sterling seems to have held his own without being disuaded or coopted by the Prussian Prince.
