Character Bio

Darla Hand was always a loner. She never did fit in with her peers during high school or university. Her life was lonely, a dreary existence of mindless work and precious little else. Until that day she met him. He was charming, worldly, and seemed keenly interested in her. He put two seemingly simple questions to her ? did she want more and what was she prepared to sacrifice to get it? Darla thought for a moment and answered. The rest is not clear. She awoke with an incredible pain where her left eye used to be. Now, all that remained was a hollow and scarred socket. There was a note, written in a plain hand, that said, ?Now you can have everything.? Darla screamed.
