Character Bio

William Farnham was a rare exception for a clown. The children actually liked him! And he loved the children. Making them laugh was the greatest joy in his life.
Then the accident happened. The circus train collided with another one carrying nuclear waste to the burial site. When the glowing smoke cleared, only one was left alive. Gone was the "Clown Prince Of Laughs".
His body racked with constant pain, the clown known as "Silly Bill" began to change. He grew stronger, faster, ... and MEANER! He's in pain all of the time, and he means to make sure he's not the only one!
