Character Bio

Everyone called him 'Pops' before.  He was sort of old fashioned.  He gave kids who visited his lab candy.  He was always polite to everyone, even the occasional thug he'd happen across.  Then the accident happened.  He's still polite to people who abide by the law and would give kids candy, if he had anywhere to keep it on his person.  Thugs, he's not too keen on though, and the suit he now wears to protect people from his chilly touch makes him seem more distant and cold, but he still doesn't mind being called 'Pops' by people who knew him back when.
