Celeste' was a world renowned ballerina, trotting the globe and enjoying all of the excesses of fame. She mistakenly believed that a city of superpowered heroes would be a safe place to visit, but timing can be a tricky thing. She happened to arrive in the city of heroes, just as one of the feared Rikti raids occurred. Caught in the first moments of the attack, she lost her well-insured legs and not-so-well-insured arms. Luckily, her father was a former robotics technician for the Crey Corporation and her mother was an expert in Prosthetics. They combined their expertises and saved the life of their beloved daughter.
