Character Bio

To keep up with the inhuman abilities of some villains, the PPD has engineered a power armor unit. Trained PPD officers wear servo-assisted combat armor which not only protects them, but increases their strength and reflexes. Heavy machine guns and powerful devices add impressive firepower to the mix. These awesome but costly suits are reserved for major conflicts against Paragon City's most fearsome foes.
