Character Bio

Raeghan grew up with an affinity to help others, sometimes when it wasn't warranted, but she always wanted to be there and make sure everyone knew she was available.  Now that she's older, she's learned when it's more appropriate to lend a helping hand.  Since coming to Paragon City she has sought out the assistance of some of the more prolific heroes to help her develop her powers and abilities more.
