Character Bio

Hospice grew up in Paragon City, an underpriviliged youth in Kings Row.  In his formative years he joined the Outcasts who showed him how to use fire as a weapon. He attempted arson a few times to try and climb the ranks but was quickly brought down by Blue Steel, who noticed his obvious patterns. Due to his young age, Hospice was able to join a work release program to shorten his sentence. He ended up helping at the police station. He quickly found that the world of heroes was much more glamorous than villainy, where he was treated kindly by strangers rather than have to live the motto of "flight or fight." He continued training with the police in the same precinct as Blue Steel, where he excelled at using the riot shield for personal defense. Upon graduation from the academy he donned the name Hospice and dressed the part of a hero, determined to make up for his early start in crime.
