Character Bio

Daniel Kahana was an Ensign in the Navy stationed at Pearl Harbor Naval Base on O'ahu, Hawai'i when a Devouring Earth horde overran the base in a 3AM attack. While he and a few survivors put up a desperate defense, his vision shifted, and everything before him disappeared. He felt rather than heard a voice, ?I am Le?ahi, the spirit of this place. I can suffer these abominations? presence no further. Will you be my avatar against them and all those that would defile my domain?? Daniel agreed, and was transformed, covered in rock and filled with fire. After he destroyed the creatures that slaughtered his comrades, the survivors asked him what happened, shocked to find an 8 foot tall man of rock where their buddy Danny had once been. ?Le?ahi has chosen me to fight them. I?m not quite Danny anymore. I am? MORE. I am the avatar of the volcano. Call me Diamond Head.?
