Character Bio

The man known only as Sotic took his name from one of the various specialty shooting schools he went to when he was a Soldier.  Now, living on the vigilante side of the law, he makes a living putting his skills to use taking down those who would prey on the weak and defenseless.  Fortunately, the living is good, especially in Paragon City, where evil lurks behind every corner.

Currently working deep undercover on a highly classified mission, Sotic is making his living bringing the pain to the denziens of the Rogue Isles one block at a time.
