Jane Light was suprised when she suddenly received a bonus in her paycheck. And she was even more suprised when her boss escorted her to the unmarked van behind the office. Next thing she knew she was part of the Crey's "Aurora" program designed to see how much the human body could withstand the power of electricity. After escaping the program with the help of Jord, she went into hiding and changed her name to prevent her previous associates from recognizing who she was.
