Jebediah Johanssen was an employee of Terra Volta Power Corp who was experimenting with using negative energy to harness and control the power of the main Core at Terra Volta. What his employeer doesn't know is that the degree of miniaturization and control made possible by his research enabled Jeb to become a walking powerhouse in his own right! Tired of the threats every extremist criminal group kept presenting to his company he took the technology he developed to the streets, vowing to bring abusers of power to justice!
