Character Bio

Given the ability to create minor electrical discharges by a mutant gene, Kallisto was at first quite unable to control when and where he unleashed his potential. As he grew stronger his standing charge increased and he became unable to get close to his friends and family for fear of hurting them.

Lucky for Kallisto his family is well connected. Before he could do irreversible damage to those he loved he was visited by the gadgeteers of DATA and (with the help of a Hero or two) he was kept insulated from others, then fitted for a special cyber-suit. Covered with patches of superconductive metals, insulating nanofibres and ultra-dense bioelectric batteries  the suit now enables Kallisto to feed his electrical charge into the suit and release them when he decides.

The possibilities for helping those in need and hindering those with malicious intent were too great a pull for Kallisto - Paragon City called.
