Character Bio

Once a prominent psychiatrist for Paragon's elite, Dr. Daniel Mortimus became the symbol of terror. Experimenting with fear and illegal drugs, he made guinea pigs of his patients and himself. Through years of research, his body changed in appearance to transmogrify into the physical form you now see as a side effect of his fear inducing drugs.
Dr. Mortimus succeeded in controlling man's fears and using them against them.

He ended up here in the Zig after some of his elite patients discovered what he truly was after. Since then Dr. Mortimus has vowed his revenge on the citizens of Paragon City and the hero who had captured him, Sister Psyche.
Breaking out of here, he is not worried about funding his research either for with his fear powers he knows they can help him pilfer the wealthy at will.
