From Crey Cove, Independance Port, aged 31. Jack Sand (Elektrus), was an electrician, untill a devestating accident took place. He was working on the Terra Volta reactor's computer mainframe, when the Sky Radiers, again tried to sieze the power supply of Paragon City. Which resulted in a catastrophic meltdown. Meanwhile Jack worked on the computer maintainance when an awesome surge passed through his body, which changed him forever. After 5 years of pain, Jack was unable to fight the power of Elektrus, who was then able to take complete control of his body. Now 7 years later, transformed into the menace you see today, it is only a matter of time before Elektrus discharges the power that surges through his veins...
