Character Bio

Due to a clerical error at Paragon City Hero Registration, Tundra Queen became Highbeam... with her powers over frost, she painstakingly created her costume out of water and grape juice, but no one seems to appreciate the irony that, as chilly as she is, women everywhere have high beams around her. Somewhere out there, there's some poor blaster (probably a guy) with the name Tundra Queen. Life just isn't fair, so she's taking it in stride and venting her frustration on the bad guys of Paragon.
