CC's parents had genetic tests done early on and found out she had "the" gene that made her prone to be violence. They wanted to end the pregancy but the doctors offered a large some of money to take the pregancy to term so research could be done to find out what was causing the increase in this gene. They agreed, as long as the scientists took the 'defect' and never had to look at it.
CC was raised in a lab, her given name was Janice. Tested and studied every moment. As she got older she grew to understand she was a human lab rat. This made her mad and saught revenge by destroyed many experiments in other areas of the facility. In the process exposing herself to various nasty viruses. Oddly Janice never got sick. Over time many of the staff fell ill after upsetting Jancie. This lead to the nasty nickname the staff used among themselves, Cottie Carrier. The day came when she could take it no more. CC caused an outbreak at the lab that killed everyone. Since that day she has saught revenge against all.
