Character Bio

Shirley Monroe was an exceptional Martial Artist expert who was recruited and trained by the CIA to be a special operationts agent. After several years of faithful service and a failed mission due to a betrayal by a high ranking CIA official, she retired and opened a DOJO. For many years she helped those in need of help on both the physical and spirtual aspects of life, but one day a mysterious gentleman of Asian ancestry walked into her DOJO and uttered something in an ancient Asian language, that somehow sounded arcane to her. Now with her newly given powers, she defends the poor, the weak and the needy across Paragon City.
