Character Bio

Kevin Connor's life ended the day he found out he had lymphatic cancer. Opting for a radical gene therepy treatment from Paragon University Hospital, Kevin had no idea that the gene treatments would turn his body into a living capacitor. After multiple rounds of treatment and radiation therapy, scientists discovered his body was storing the radiation and could discharge it without warning. Kevin was 'invited' to live at the university to be studied, but knew escape was his only option. Having been alienated from his family and friends, he sought refuge in the only thing he had left - his anger. The rage inside him helped to control the discharge of the radiation, and he soon learned to harness it to superheat the air around him. After his first experience with his new pyrotechnic abilities, he shed his old identity as Kevin Connor and became Pyrannic, a hate-filled man bent on exacting revenge however he could.
