Character Bio

Saved as a young girl from the midst of a 5th Column attack on the Council by a monitoring Peacebringer, Linnurata became fascinated with the aliens. Hero worship grew to such an extent that she came to believe she WAS a Peacebringer, unawakened  or in hiding, she didn't know.
Then, one day - she flew. (OK, fell from the roof, but if you ask her, she flew.) From then, she concentrated on her 'training.' So much so that - in some way the doctors had yet to explain, having found no latent mutation they could identify- she actually found she could manipulate energy. And so she went on to "do her duty."
She became a hero.
She refuses to listen to the doctors looking for a mutation or some environmental factor to explain her powers. To her, they're just part of who she thinks she is - a lost Kheldian, defending her world and making it a better place - and making some of the true Khelds proud enough of her to adopt her into their ranks.
