Buzzcut's true identity is a mystery. There are no records of him until his capture and subsequent imrisonment within the Zig. His suit appears to be grafted to his body on a cellular level, making it nearly impossible to remove without killing him. It is unknown whether his strange electrical powers are his own or imparted by the suit. Whatever substance the axe is composed of has so far defied all attempts at analysis. His rampage in Atlas Park had no discernible goal, and upon capture said nothing, just smiled..
