Tex's origins are a closely guarded secret, but some conjectures have been ventured. From his last name and the nature of his powers, a demonic influence could be easily assumed. His amazing regenerative abilities as well his incredible mental strength could be attributed thus, or possibly could be something inherent to the man. Regardless, he is an extremely dangerous individual, who should under no circumstances be underestimated.
