A freak accident occured when Cook Ryan was attempting to create a new form of Potato Dicer/Fryer all in one, covering him in Boiling Hot Fryer oil. Little did he know however that his parents have been pumping him full of experimental chemicals while he slept.
These chemicals mixed reacted with the oil creating the newest Super Hero in the Streets of Paragon.
